What does UKKOR need?

What does the registry need from me as a patient? 

A fortnight before your surgery you should receive an initial email prompting you to log into the “patient portal”. Here you will be asked to:

• Confirm your consent to this process
• Provide an initial assessment of your current knee function and general health
• Complete further scores after your operation at 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years

As you can see this tracks your initial recovery and subsequent progress over a long period of time.  

Completion of the outcome scores takes somewhere between 10-15 minutes to complete, providing us with vital information for which we are most grateful.
