How do I participate?

There are three stages to your UKKOR participation.

Firstly your surgeon will decide if you are a suitable knee osteotomy

candidate. Your surgeon will collect your email address and refer you here for information.

Secondly your surgeon's secretary should enter your contact details (including emailaddress) with UKKOR.

Thirdly an email (a fortnight before surgery) from UKKOR should prompt you to log in and complete your scores.

• Please look out for emails from UKKOR in your inbox and also your junk folder
• If you haven't received an expected email prompt then contact your surgeon's secretary or UKKOR support
• You will be asked to give your consent to this process, but can choose to withdraw this at a later stage without affecting your treatment
